Ritterwerk's long success story begins in 1905 with the production of knife cleaning machines; after the invention of stainless steel, the demand decreased, so it was necessary to open new roads. Thus was born the first manual food slicer, the B 50 model. The first electric slicer followed in 1968 and many other integrated solutions have been designed since then.
